Overview
The Karmic Ledger is an original fantasy audiobook series exploring a universe where karma is more than a moral principle—it is a measurable force that shapes destiny, power, and survival.
Designed for an audio-first audience, the story follows interconnected character journeys, mysterious forces, evolving conflicts, and a carefully constructed world governed by the consequences of every decision.
Rather than relying solely on action, the series emphasizes character growth, layered storytelling, suspense, and long-term narrative planning.

Impact
Building The Karmic Ledger has been one of my most ambitious creative projects. Beyond writing a fantasy story, it required maintaining consistency across a growing narrative, balancing pacing with suspense, and delivering an engaging experience for listeners over hundreds of thousands of words.
The project reflects my ability to manage large-scale creative work while continuously improving storytelling through real audience feedback.
"Every choice leaves a mark. Every soul carries a ledger."
The problem
Most fantasy stories introduce rich worlds but struggle to maintain engagement over hundreds of episodes. Audio storytelling presents an even greater challenge, requiring each episode to deliver meaningful progression while ending with enough suspense to encourage listeners to continue.
The goal was to create an original fantasy universe capable of supporting long-form serialized storytelling while remaining accessible to listeners discovering the story one episode at a time.
The solution
I created The Karmic Ledger, an original fantasy audiobook series built specifically for an audio-first experience on Pocket FM.
The series combines layered world-building, evolving character arcs, mystery, progression-based fantasy, and carefully structured cliffhangers to sustain listener engagement across a growing catalogue of episodes.
Rather than writing isolated chapters, every episode contributes to a larger interconnected narrative designed for long-term storytelling.
